Food is decent, however, service is horrible. I gave up on eating there and started ordering delivery, however, they screw up my order every time! If I order 4 items, 3 of them will be missing or wrong.

I tend to order for delivery although I have eaten at the restaurant as well. The service is not bad if you are eating at the restaurant but the delivery service is not good at all. When you deliver, the food comes promptly but there's always a mix-up or missing items, especially with the side orders (drinks etc.) On different occasions, they have give me a soda when I ordered water, excluded condiments (hot sauce etc) when I specifically asked for them, excluded drinks entirely, etc etc. The delivery guys are appologetic and are willing to re-deliver when you point out the mistakes, but it is very hard to figure out their intensions as they understand zero English. Some have made it look like they wanted me to wait in the lobby while the run back to get things, some got on the phone (presumably to call another delivery guy to bring the correct order?) and waited with me, some have just vanished and sounded upset when he came back and found me back upstairs.

My family was visiting from abroad and we visited this place on suggestion from online reviews. We ordered from the lunch menu and the food quality was akin to mall food. The fish fillet was fish-sticks and the teriyaki chicken was grilled chicken slathered in teriyaki sauce. Fine, but lower-end. There were 5 of us at the table. When the bill came there was a 15% service charge included. It seemed strange because I've NEVER had a service charge included on a lower-end lunch menu. We paid, but upon inquiring the waiter said they do it for more than 5 people. I reminded him we were just 5. Then he said it's because we were tourists. I informed him I wasn't a tourist. He just walked-away. The experience was troubling. Rules made-up to take advantage of unsuspecting diners.

A colleague and I found Mangez Avec Moi last spring when we were wandering around on West Broadway. Since then I've been back five times and I've come back very satisfied each time. The food is good and not overly dry. Some may complain about this but it should be noted that most of their food uses very little oil. While, the soups are slightly more expensive than other places, they are also more substantial with more content than most other restaurants that I've been to. The ambiance is homey with tasteful chalk murals on the walls. The place can certainly stand to be bigger since they fill up fast during lunch and, without a proper waiting area, it gets crowded real fast. Finishing off with thai iced-tea or iced-coffee serves as the the perfect cap to a great meal.

Through SeamlessWeb, we've spent almost $1,100 over the last year and a half living in Tribeca at Mangez. The food has recently been on a downswing as is the service. Saturday, after ordering the Pad Thai and another dish with brown rice, I complained the Pad was tasteless and the brown rice smelled like a wet rag. While they did replace the rice, they made no effort to replace the Pad Thai. We've decided to not throw good money after bad... no more Mangez for us.

Wow, what a great place - my co-workers and I now eat here all the time. The bad reviews intereste me as I'm part Thai and think the food is truly great. The service is even better. Glad there's a place like this downtown!

We come here every week for lunch and just love every dish. The workers already know us and we get such great service. I bring everyone I know here and they love it!
