I have eaten in the restaurant once and had a very good experience. Their lunch special is a very good value, well prepared, fresh. The servers and management are all fantastic and the atmosphere is fine. However, I just ordered delivery and am very disappointed. Firstly, they charge a 15% delivery fee. Secondly, the food came soggy, not very hot, and in very small portions. For almost $20 i got a tiny portion of kale (looked like it was two leaves perhaps), a small piece of seitan and a small piece of tofu (the dish was advertised as having seitan and tofu). i also ordered a $5 wakame/cabbage salad and was sorely disappointed both by the portion and quality -- it was very soggy and had very little wakame! I don't know if this is just a fluke, but I doubt I will order from them any time soon, considering the high prices and how easily these dishes can be made at home.

Extremely friendly staff and excellent food. The waitresses were available to offer honest recommendations and positive advice about eating healthy.

I am a vegan and eat out alot. I find the food here to be very good and decent sized portions. The prices are a little high compared to "lower priced" places, but compared to the overpriced places like Candle 79 & Gobo where you get no food, this is almost as good quality and much more food. The seitan parmigiane and pumpkin ravioli are excellent. Also, the scallion pancake appetizer, is the best by far I've ever had. The desser t (not on menu right now) carob cake was perfection. The service is not always great, but it's good. And, it's not noisy and overcrowded usually. :)

Didn't know vegetables cost that much.. I would believe you if you told me that Mana was a fast-food chain. I would come here again for the fish. Appetizers didn't wow me. Tofu dessert recommended.

This is one of my favorite placed in New York. The food is so pure and wonderful. My only complaint would be the high prices. They now have an excellent wine list!

The first time I went here I had a terrific, friendly helpful waiter who made my experience a pleasure. Being an organic, vegan eater I was pleased w/ the menu. Although some of the dished lack some flavor it is still pleasing and fresh. I left w/ a good view of this place, looking forward to coming back again. The 2nd time however was a much different story. Our waitress dissappeared, not to be seen again, after bringing us our food; not asking us if everything was ok, if we needed another drink, or even if we'd like some pepper. The biggest turnoff was when one of the busboys brought us our check when my friend wasn't even done eating! We hadn't even been asked if we wanted dessert (which I wanted)! It was isanely rude; all the chairs were piled on the table, the busboy cleared our table w/ his bag on ready to leave; all the while my friend hadn't even finished her drink. She was made to chug her beer and wolf down her meal we paid so much for. A complete disgrace to food service.
