    Potential, definitely needs work

Ok... it's nice that there is another sushi place that will deliver this far uptown. However, this place needs a lot of work. I ordered the crab salad... this was advertised as jumbo lump crabmeat (which it was not... I don't know how they could possibly call that shredded mess jumbo lump), it did not include corn (which it said that it would), and there was not NEARLY enough acid in the ponzu dressing... it needed lemon juice or something. The Tuna Ceviche was also disappointing. It's not a real ceviche... at all. There is not nearly enough acid... that would probably be my biggest complaint about the place... there is no acid to be found anywhere. This is a flavor that is essential to japanese cooking. The ceviche was listed as being served with "chips" which were potato chips that were completely soggy. The fiesta roll was fine... except that it wasn't spicy (as advertised). And the Rainbow roll was ok. Though, I am used to a rainbow roll being built over a crab roll and this was just an avocado/cucumber roll with fish on top. The fish was basically fine (except for the ceviche... because there was not enough acid the tuna had a slightly funky taste to it). I would like to see this place do well... but for the prices the are charging, they need to get higher quality ingredients and make their flavors a bit cleaner. I'll try it again... but maybe not for a while.

    Enjoyed sushi in inwood

My favorite was the Mamasushi and the Heights roll. You have to try it. Definitely going back. The place is small but homey. I was told the seabass is worth trying too.
