Great Joint
This isn't the place you'd take your date to. It is the place you'd like to swing by if it's kinda late at night and you wouldn't mind a burger. The pizza is decent-for $1 slice, it's pretty good. The burgers are better, nothing too special, but definitely worth the 5$ (roughly, some are cheaper). The guy who runs it and his wife are very friendly people. Don't eat in though, the store itself is small and full of middle schoolers. But I'd definitely recommend.

Best dollar slice in the city
I came in once during the summer and had a slice of plain pizza, as soon as i took a bite of the piping hot slice I realized this is what i need everyday, and have been back everyday since. The best pizza ever and very inexpensive! One plain slice is just a dollar. They also have a whole menu of decent food. I highly suggest you check it out.
