I came here for a birthday party with a reservation at the Woodside location for 24ppl, and arrived to find out they had us booked at the Dyckman location. We were spread out over 4 different tables standing around for about an hour waiting for other guests to finish, so we could be accommodated at one large table as planned. Appetizers were good, churrasco was ok, sangria was ok, music was good. When we rec'd the bill, I asked the waiter if we could receive some sort of compensation for aggravation we experienced for the first hour. The waiter brought the manager over who proceeded to tell me we made a reservation at Dyckman (my whole family lives in Queens!) and there was nothing we could do. When I tried to explain the error was on his team for booking us at the wrong location, he didn't want to hear it and walked away. Absolutely horrible customer service! a real manager would have done something to compensate us for the inconvenience. Instead, this poor excuse of a manager will never get our business again. As an event planner, I will never use this place as a venue or recommend any of my clients to use this place.
