Longest wait for delivery!
If you're really hungry don't wait for delivery! It took an hour to get the food. The delivery man was rude and my salad was soggy! The calzone and knots were lukewarm and I was unimpressed. This is the first and last time I will order from them!

Not recommended
I ordered a cheezeburger & got a flat, stale burned , soggy bacon burger. The fries were hard as a rock and the "food" took over an hour to arrive. When I called, I was given the run around, not satisfied, not refunded, not replaced.

Best Pizza In Harlem...
We always order from this place. Their food is great. The dinners are huge, especially the chicken parm and lasagana. We also love their sicilian pie. Their delivery guys have always been great. Just don't order at prime time on Fri or Sat nights. We did one night and it took over 2 hrs to get the order. And the guy answering the phone got very nasty when I called to inquire about the missing order. Since any good food choices are limited up here I'll deal with the laye delivery....sometimes

delivery has been awful
Three times now the order has been wrong. The average wait time is more than an hour. They refuse to make us a new pizza after their mistake. The pizza is good. However, we will no longer be ordering from them because of poor service.

Super Slow Delivery
I ordered a small pizza and it took an hour and twenty minutes to get here even though I'm about 10 blocks away. The guy at the store tried to justify this by saying his guy makes 2 deliveries at a time. After calling at the 1 hour mark I tried to explain to him that if my pizza was made when I ordered it that it would be cold when it gets here. He insisted it would still be hot and fresh, but it was....lukewarm :( Very disappointing because the pizza is good but they can't get their delivery together (this wasn't the first time).

Not recommended
2 hours for delivery. When the pizza arrived the delivery man looked at the tip and threw the pizza at me. When I grabbed the box it was soaked in water. The pizza was folded over and cold. The pizza is decent but this is the third time in a row the service has been subpar. I should have learned after the first time.

Awesome!
Love this place. THE only Italian restaurant we order from in Harlem. Don't order the pizza very often - we basically do dinners. The chicken parm with spaghetti is great. Huge portion. Always good. Also get things like buffalo chicken strips and meatballs and garlic bread. All are consistently great! Thanks to you Mama Tina's!
