    Best Chicken in NYC

Just about anyone who lives in Wash Hts loves Malecon. Great dominican food in a great dominican neighborhood. And cheap. A couple of caveats though: 1. Get the chicken. The sides are also pretty good. But the chicken is what it's known for. Oh, and t

    Absolutely unappetizing chicharron

I ordered chicharron de pollo and literally threw away 3/4's of it. I just couldn't go through with eating all of it. For one, it was way overcooked. Chicharron de pollo should not be so dark in color. For two, it was unappetizing, little to no flavor wha

    What's going on?

OK, what's going on with this restaurant. I've lived in Wahi for over 21 years and the food and atmosphere is changing to not so pleasant.

    Cheap and Tasty

Malecon is a great value and you get plenty of food. Dont miss their signature chicken. Went on a Sunday night recently at 10pm and the place was still packed. Its a lot better taste and value than many of the overpriced and mediocre restaurants moving in
