Now, I usually get weary with chains, so, I was hoping this Parisian bakery and restaurant could change my mind. They serve an array of baked goods from baguettes to cookies and also have an adjoining restaurant with a full menu. First, I had their Mini Monge with seeds. I really liked this one. It was crunchy and crisp on the outside and doughy and soft on the inside. The seeds also added a great flavor.

We were excited to find a French cafe type menu for lunch. The soup was very good, the salad 's Tuna was to peppered to allow the taste buds appreciate the weak mustard dressing. The place was busy at 2:30 in the afternoon, the service was slow but OK. The noise level was beyond energetic making it difficult to speak with you co-diners. Prices are on the high side for what is received.

place is appealing and bread is very good and if just a bakery I would give this place much higher marks, but as restaurant the food is bland and over priced for ordinary food...ie $4.00 for a soda?

I came in for the first time a couple of weeks ago and fell in love!!! The dine in experience was not as presented. However as we were leaving we decided to take some bread home. The staff at the front counter provided me with delicate care and were extremely helpful in product knowledge. its a fun and unique environment, Definitely would visit more frequently!!

Really a very unpleasant dining experience: you are squeezed in like sardines, the wait staff is poor and indifferent. Sorry but I do not like to beg for water. The food is fine, not that great...a glorified Le Pain. I do love the bread and the take out service in the front of the store...but there are plenty of better places to sit and try to relax for lunch.

I am obsessed with this place. Literally obsessed. I went for brunch with my dad and now I can not stop going. Their croissants are to die for. I always have the croque madam and its always delicious. The service is good, typical FRENCH, never too annoying to come ask you if you are doing fine ten thousand times.

Love the eggs and the little pot they came in..with some truffle oil and asparagus, probably the best place for breakfast around! Especially because you can smell the bread from several blocks away and they give you a basket full of their delicious breads...very nice and great coffee too!
