I like the place and the food!! I go to this place once a week because is very close to home.. Although you have to be very careful when you pay with credit card.. Two times I got charged more.. It was the same waiter.. (A very polite overweight guy..) The first time we payed the tip cash and the waiter put extra tip to our credit card.. And the second time he add couple of $ more.. The bill was $67 and we left him $16 tip and he put $18.. The first time that I complained to the manager he said that he can't do anything about the extra charge because he doesn't have any proof that it wasn't me who put the tip on my card.. When I spoke with the general manager though and after his investigation with the hand writing he said to me that indeed it was the waiter's mistake .. The second time I didn't go to talk to the manager because it doesn't worth it the trip there for just $2 but I'm sure I won't have again this waiter.

Now, I usually get weary with chains, so, I was hoping this Parisian bakery and restaurant could change my mind. They serve an array of baked goods from baguettes to cookies and also have an adjoining restaurant with a full menu. First, I had their Mini Monge with seeds. I really liked this one. It was crunchy and crisp on the outside and doughy and soft on the inside. The seeds also added a great flavor.

We were excited to find a French cafe type menu for lunch. The soup was very good, the salad 's Tuna was to peppered to allow the taste buds appreciate the weak mustard dressing. The place was busy at 2:30 in the afternoon, the service was slow but OK. The noise level was beyond energetic making it difficult to speak with you co-diners. Prices are on the high side for what is received.

place is appealing and bread is very good and if just a bakery I would give this place much higher marks, but as restaurant the food is bland and over priced for ordinary food...ie $4.00 for a soda?

I came in for the first time a couple of weeks ago and fell in love!!! The dine in experience was not as presented. However as we were leaving we decided to take some bread home. The staff at the front counter provided me with delicate care and were extremely helpful in product knowledge. its a fun and unique environment, Definitely would visit more frequently!!

Really a very unpleasant dining experience: you are squeezed in like sardines, the wait staff is poor and indifferent. Sorry but I do not like to beg for water. The food is fine, not that great...a glorified Le Pain. I do love the bread and the take out service in the front of the store...but there are plenty of better places to sit and try to relax for lunch.
