Excellent smoked salmon platter
Went for breakfast. Really good coffee and the best smoked salmon platter (bagel, cream cheese, tomato, onion, green salad) I've had in ages, and a great value at $10.

Awesome Experience
I too heard Maggie's was making a comeback so decided to check it out last week. I hadn't been here since last year after a bad delivery experience. I am happy to say that Maggie's is definitley back! We had a little bit of everything - the deviled egg of the day, the mussel special, the crab cakes, the fried chicken ... everything was fantastic, perfectly cooked. I will be a repeat customer!!

Maggie's is back!
Went here on Friday because I heard they got a new chef this month. What an improvement. The fish special was perfectly seasoned. The fried chicken is off the hook and the peanut butter pie is reee-diculous. I can't wait for the back yard to reopen.

sad...
Maggie's was my favorite until yesterday, I read the bad reviews of the new chef but still went. The bacon was raw on my fish club - the fish over cooked. the jalapeno grits - flavorless. Makes me sad since this was always my standby. :( Please work on this new chef!

new chef, too bad
I was excited to see new dishes on the menu, but sadly they were very disappointing. Everything was way too salty, the mac and cheese was too peppery also. The $10 salad I ordered was not worth the $10 at all, it was so small. I'd expect a salad for that much money to be a full meal kind of salad. It was more like a side salad. The fried chicken used to come with a biscuit, not anymore. And the collard greens were too salty also. So sad. Too bad.

new chef, bad choice
Been in the neighborhood for the past year...has been awesome UNTIL...they recently just hired a new chef. Not sure what he is up to, but it is definitely not watching the food as it cooks. Burgers were burnt and hard as a rock. Ordered the biscuits, which I love, and they were cold...think they are now pre-baking the biscuits! Not sure what to think, but totally bummed.
