Mediocre and Overpriced.
The best way to describe the food at this restaurant is overpriced and mediocre.

Never again
Go there for drinks after work and its nice for that. However, we ordered take out from there and it didnt go well. Its overpriced. This food doesn't "travel" well especially when guy shows up with $200 order and is waiting for cash after you paid over the phone for it. Complete mess and bottomline is $200 worth of cold food shows up and an offer of a few desserts..keep it...and keep this place.

nice time, but food and drink price high
We ate last Saturday outside at mid-afternoon, so it wasn't too crowded. Finally we found a restaurant in NYC that would make a Michelada (it's not exact, but close enough). On a hot Saturday it went down well.The food was OK, but nothing spectacular and not really authentic. Then the bill came. Funny how something as cheap as Mex. food can get expensive. Service was fine.

Good Mexican, but VERY pricey
I've eaten here at least 6 times. The food is very good. The guacamole is wonderful. The problem is the prices. It is very expensive for Mexican food. I probably won't be back because of the high prices.

Great but expensive food
I went to MadDog for lunch with co-workers. The food was great but a bit pricey. The fresh guac. is to die for. It can get a little crowded after 12:30 during lunch hour. Expect to pay more than average at this place.

good but way over priced!
I never write review, but felt the need. We have ordered from here a couple times, but each time we have kicked ourselves for paying so much $50 with delivery with tip. $15 for a burritos? what??? same for taco? Maybe if the burrito was the size of my face, or enough to share...... Sad bc it would have been a regular for us, if the burrito was maybe, lets be fair neighborhood, $10.
