Ordering out? Don't hold your breath.
The food's not bad and it's a decent price, but good lord don't ever expect the food to show up in a reasonable amount of time. Right now we've been waiting almost an hour and a half for our food. And this isn't the first time we've been told to wait 45 minutes, an hour for what should be a half-hour long wait. Not worth it.

Underrated
Quality Chinese fare - not the greasy stir fry glutenous neon orange glowing $6 lunch special (which I also totally love) - it's sliced pork belly over steamed rice, fresh pickled vegetable sesame pancakes, crispy double pan fried noodles and the best steamed roast pork buns you can get outside of Chinatown ($7 price tag totally worth it). Try the cold sesame noodles, they are surprisingly good. The house special lo mein is a steal at $7. I'm not a fan of the soups, but there are so many other great things on the menu. The back garden is super lovely when the weather is fair. The staff always efficient and fairly friendly.

Haters are lying
Clearly the competition in the neighborhood is posting a lot of negative reviews of this place trying to keep people out. The food is fantastic...vegetable dumplings are delicious, the fried rice is perfect, and the noodle with beef and tomato is absolutely addictive (although very greasy). The negatives: Delivery takes too long - I almost always wait an hour or more for 3 items which is ridiculous...and as I said the noodles, while very tasty, are super oily and they make you feel like you just rubbed them all over your face instead of eating them... but the food is spectacular and I think the haters on this thread are just people who own other Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood.

Best Chinese in the 'Burg
I just got delivery. Anyhow, this is the best Chinese in town. I had taken to getting Chinese food in Chinatown and carrying it home because every place around here was boderline inedible. But tonight I tried M Noodle and loved it. The steamed roast pork buns were great. The lo mein with rice noodle and shrimp was very good. Yes, it was a tad skimpy on the vegetables, but because food prices have risen all restaurants are cutting corners. The shredded chicken with chilis is with jalapenos and is HOT, but really good if you like the heat. Giving M Noodle a big thumbs up.

Let me defend M's honor.
M delivers delicious food at a great price. There are certain fat noodles there that I don't love (they don't travel well when getting delivery and I admit, seem a bit mushy for my taste) but a quick substitution to the egg noodles and it's all good! Love the little pork and chive dumplings and the marinated beef noodle soup are the best. (just ask for extra vegis if you are craving some more greens in your diet) Lovely broth and great atmosphere. Certainly I prefer to hit chinatown for a bowl, but this is a great local alternative at a great price. For people who don't know, they have a charming little outdoor area out back as well (you don't always have to sit in the front). And take out that you can get at 4am is definitely a plus.

They were so nice on the phone!
I ordered the scallion pancakes which were fine. I also ordered the cold sesame noodles, which were horrifying. Egg noodles? A huge block of cold sticky egg noodles with some bland semi peanut tasting sauce on top. I threw it away after one bite. All in all, I spent $16 dollars (including tip) on cold scallion pancakes. That being said, the delivery guy was awesome. Never again will I order from here or even contemplate going.
