    Best Pad Thai ever

I read the review from back in 2010, and had to write my own. The pad thai here is the best I've ever had, and the other dishes are very good, too. The service is so-so, but well worth it for the drink specials ($1 sake, for example) and great food. The atmosphere is great for an intimate date or going out with a group of friends.

    Losing your customers

I was there last night with a party of about 7ppl. We got 4 appetizers that we love and a round of beer. When we asked for a 2nd round of beer, the server declared that we must have to get 7 dishes for 7 ppl to get the dollar beer and we got stared the whole night by the staff members. The runners gives extremely poor service, didn't smile once the entire night. I have been going to Lychee for last 2 yrs and now I m planning never to go there again despite the fact that I love the food and the drinks.

    Good Thai

This is a reliably good Thai delivery option.

    Unappetizing

I just got chicken pad thai and spring rolls to go, and they were in a word... inedible. I've eaten at most of the thai places in the neighborhood, and don't differentiate between them too much, but Lychee just left me pissed about my wasted $15. Because I had to throw the food out. The pad thai had no sauce on it, just dry noodles. And the big chunks of chicken mixed in tasted very... funky-- whether it was old or cheap meat I don't know, but inedible. The spring rolls tasted like old oil.

    love this place

We used to come here when they had a different name... but now the new interior design is great, unpretentious and fun. The dollar beer special is amazing, but we'll still come here for the food if that ends... The dishes have great flavors, and they can do really really spicy if that's how you like it.

    Amazing!

Lychee is the best and most authentic thai food ive had yet. The fried rice is amazing, the pad thai is delicious and the chicken in garlic sauce is too good! $1 beers dont hurt either. The staff is super friendly and you can see it is a family owned restaurant and the food is beyond amazing!!
