Good Food, Good Price
Location was great from my office. Line was decently long at first but moves along at a steady pace. Cash only, but $5 includes tax for 5 items. Food isn't phenomenal, but isn't bad. Definitely a great value if you're in the mood for chinese. LOTS of choices to choose from including some non-chinese items (corn, fruits, etc)

This place get better everytime!
I love this place because its clean, good service and great food. Not to mention really really affordable, and you get alot of food for your money. They just pile it on. I remember when it first opened it was a little dingier but now they must be making money because its even cleaner and nicer then when it was brand new. They just added new pastiery counters and you can find tons of different pasteries, cakes, tarts, etc for much cheaper than any other bakery or cafe in midtown.

Best Affordable Place in Midtown
The Lunch Box Buffet offers Asian-based cuisine served to you by their staff over cafeteria style buffet tables. You get to choose any 5-combinations of food from over 100+ selections for only $5. The price is further discounted to $4 after 5PM! They have a 2nd floor dining room which is comfortably designed and constructed. They also offer special Japanese udon noodles for $5.5 and steak combos for $8. I like it because I can afford it.
