Buyer Beware
Food is overpriced; staff and owners are not very nice. Take the money and run. Previous owners (same venue/different name), were dedicated foodies! Remember the old adage: if you worked in a restaurant, you would never eat there. Nuff said!

Not quite
So, this was our 3rd time to this place. We are trying to figure out if we like it or not. The bread, very fresh. Then, we ordered our main dishes. The pasta with pesto is pretty exceptional. The fish, above average, very fresh. They then brought out the chicken dish. Not sure why all the skin was still on it, but the sauce...pollo martini- was very good. It was only ONE small piece of chicken. I couldn't believe it. When I asked the waiter, he said....they usually serve two pieces. No apology, nothing. He walks away and comes back 25 minutes later with a second piece. They wouldn't have brought the second piece if I didn't ask. In addition, I paid with cash and the guy brings back the check and says, "I kept the change for a tip". I couldn't believe it. With this service, they will gone soon. Good luck.

always good
never disappoints - but it did take a long time for dinner...place was packed - wow! but we were comfortable and all was good!

Shockingly good.
We stopped by the restaurant only because Poke was too crowded. We didn't expect too much... but wow! What a great surprise! Service was charming, menu extensive and food was just amazing... and I don't use amazing lightly.

SO delicious!
don't let the long skinny room put you off - ask to sit in the back. the food is amazingly delicious and they have interesting wines as well. make friends with the servers - they know! Also - the cleanest ladies' room and basement EVER! very impressive - bodes well for everything else, don't you think?

Great UES dining experience
I have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. Yes it's a bit pricey, but the quality of the food is worth it. The staff is very attentive and cheerful. This has become my family's go to place for special occasions.

Pleasant Surprise
Had dinner Friday night & it was so good that we went back again Sunday night & it was equally as good. Had Veal Scallopini Pizziola, Chopped Salad, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Eggplant Parmigiana, Lasagne. All delicious. Desserts were good too. Will be back.
