I couldn't find any fault with the quality, and I know seafood isn't cheap, but after getting the "Noah's Ark" to split with my 11 year old, we went to Don filipo for a slice of pizza to fill us up....no joke. Maybe fries instead of chips would have helped....just would like to have left feeling like I had just eaten...I was starving instead so not rushing back but worth a try for lunch...definitely not a bad place.

I can't lie. This is my third lobster roll this week!!! This place was recommended by a fellow foodie so I check it out and keep going back. OMG!! Loved it. Heard that there was one downtown a while back but never got my lazy butt down there. Thanks for the UES location!! The employees are incredibly nice too, very refreshing for NYC! And the lobster roll speaks for itself.

Hands down the best lobster roll I've had in the city. I've been going to Parlor Steakhouse to get my fix, which (if you check the menu) ain't cheap. Went here over the weekend as I heard this had opened up. Fantastic food! We got the Noah's ark between the two of us and everything was delicious. I'd rate the rolls as 1) Lobster 2) Shrimp 3) Crab. Keep in mind that the crab isn't bad -- far from it, it's fantastic. The above ordering are really levels of excellence. As far as downsides go, the only issue is the seating. There are jutting tables and wall seats, however it gets very tight. Installing fixed stools would probably solve the problem. So -- get ready to sandwich in with your neighbors if you want to eat there, or get the take out.

Tried Luke's Lobster today and it was delicious. I had a lobster roll with chips and blueberry soda, and my companion had the crab roll with chips and lemon-lime soda. The rolls were great. Maybe a little heavy on the seasoning so next time I would ask for it light. The blueberry soda was fantastic! I will definitely return.

This is the most authentic New England seafood in the entire city - hands down! The lobster roll is a more than generous mound of recognizable lobster meat (no shreds here), perfectly cooked, lightly seasoned, and served on a top split, buttered, & toasted hot dog bun (as it should be). The clam chowder is obviously made from someone's family recipe - fresh clams, potatoes, and that all important hint of smoky, salty bacon. Truly the best I've had since my last visit home to Newport. The space itself is bright & cheery and the staff couldn't be friendlier. A fabulous addition to the UES and a definite don't miss!
