Okay, I came here for lunch and ordered the Taste of Maine. While it tasted good, each half-roll was about the size of an underfed 2-year-old's fist. And we're talking about a severely scrawny kid suffering from malnutrition here. All three half-rolls fit in a paper dish that just about fits a single lobster roll at other establishments. Lasted two-bites. Max. Seriously underwhelming here for the cost. I've had better at The Lobster Place for about the same price.

This is the real deal, and it's phenomenal. I've been waiting a couple of decades for a place in Manhattan that could match my childhood memories of summers in New England. This is it. Superb food served by warm, gracious staff. Excellent in every way.

$20 min Are you kidding? The lobster roll special,which everyone goes there for comes to $17.1). I might be extreme but little things like this are a major turn off (basic restaurant management)and I will not be going there anymore

Delicious rolls and really friendly & easygoing staff. Place is tiny, so don't expect great comfort, but totally worth it for a quick bite on your way somewhere.

okay they are good lobster rolls, meaning filled with big chunks of lobster claw meat, excellent presentation, and simple. But the lobster is clearly thawed and not as flavorful as fresh cooked lobster... its kind of pricy but gotta realize we are in NYC and not roadside Maine. Delivery is slower but reliable and it arrives well packaged and cared for.

Those who find something to criticize about portion size must be used to eating at hog troughs. Fabulous, succulent, melt in your mouth claw meat overladen buttered and toasted hot dog roll with no filler - a true Maine lobster roll - $14?? Go try find another anywhere in the city within $10 in price that compares. Will be a regular - a Maine "Lobsta Shack" on the UES? Awesome - THANK YOU!

Superb! Fantastic! More then worthy of the hype and long lines- an absolute must!! Really, really nice servers and the lobster rolls were crazy good!!
