the $18 lobster roll was served just shy of frozen and water logged - dumped on a bun - no sauce - the menu made no mention of sides so we ordered a side of fries- so we ended up with 2 orders of fries and mashed potatoes - when pointed it to the server -she quickly reversed the charge i might wrong- but i don't think the menu stated the cash only policy - and a nearby tabel had a problem -

We were visiting the city looking at architecture and came upon Luke's randomly , so decided to go in. We immediately liked the atmosphere, cleanliness, and were amazed at the food. We both had the Philly cheese steak and shared a plate of fries. WOW, fantastic, everything was just right. We will be coming back and bringing our friends.

Food here is really good. Service is always good and i must say i appreciate p,aces like this that treat regulars like regulars. Consistently great burger...great fries too. Meatloaf is delicious and brunch stuff is excellent.

I would love to try the food but some people don't carry enough cash around with them. To order from here.

I had been told that this place had a great burger so ordered delivery about a month ago. I asked for that burger medium and it arrived well done but I figured that may have been carry over cooking during delivery. Decided to give them another chance and actually go there. First of all, the menu has their drinks divided into drafts and bottles so we ordered the Woodchuck cider which is listed under the "drafts" section. The waiter brought out bottles and when we pointed out the menu discrepancy, he just said it was listed in the wrong column on the menu. Also, it was an unusual flavor of Woodchuck (granny smith) which I happen to like but one would probably assume they were ordering the standard amber flavor. Then the burgers came out which we had both ordered medium and they were clearly overcooked and dry which is quite the feat considering how thick the patties were. We were too hungry to complain and wait for replacements so we just ate them and left. Fries were decent and a big enough portion for two to share.

Everything I tried so far was excellent and encouraging to try it all. The food is fresh and tasty and the portions are generous enough for 2 meals, so it's a good buy. The cobb salad was a very good starting point for my intro here but the burger and shoestring onion rings and fries were superb! ...and the bourbon bread pudding was delicious too.

i recently had the short ribs /mashed potato entree delivered. this dish was delish. the mashed potatoes tasted homemade. the ribs were soft. just a great dish.
