Used to be good, now it's not
I used to love this place, but since it combined with the other Luigi's last month, the service is poor and the prices went up. Both times I have been there since the merger, I have ordered two things. Then, when I only get one thing and ask where the other is, they act like I never ordered it. It's always packed now and everyone's yelling and the food isn't as good either. I also had to wait to order as I stood directly in front of their employees for 5 minutes while he kept going to people behind me online. It's a real shame, because this place used to be really good, but I'm never going there again. Bread Factory right across the street has quicker, friendlier service, better pizza, and much more variety.

What happened? Not the same.
This place also had a location a block away on 8th and 54th. I went there today to get a slice of their amazing pizza, and there was a sign saying they had moved to the location between 55th and 56th. Why did they combine 2 very busy spots into one small one? It was chaotic there and the pizza was not as good. Plus, I always get broccoli pizza and they did not have it at this location. I will not be walking the extra block in the future - the experience was not worth it. Does anyone know where to get a good slice of broccoli pizza around 8th avenue in the low 50's?

Old School slice and a Coke
Their pizza I would classify as OK but the pizzaria pasta and their AWESOME Chicken Cutlet Salad make this place a must visit. The prices are good and the quantities are large. Me and many others at my firm order there at least once a week. If you like Garlic you love their MeatBalls and sauce....

Bronx pizza in Manhattan
Great lunch value, pizza is alway great. Service is so so, you may need to repeat your order 3 or 4 times, but once the food shows up you forget the spotty service. I stop in whenever I'm in the area.
