Finally good pizza in Hell's Kitchen!
Since moving to Hell's Kitchen several months ago we have been on the hunt for a decent pizza. This has been a daunting task. Luckily after 7-8 places, we came across Luigi's. We had white and pepperoni, both of which were fabulous! Delivery was quick and the employees pleasant. Definitely worth the price. I think our pizza search is over!

Good food
I go here all the time. The pizza there is below average, However their huge portions of pasta dishes are really good and their mozzarella sticks are my favorite but beware because one order of the mozzarella sticks can fill you up.

Great Value
My husband and I have been ordering from here for years and have never been disappointed. The order never gets messed up and it's always delicious. It's an enormous amount of food for the money. We've never had a problem with the service as others have described, but even if i did - it's a pizza joint! You pay for service...this isn't Jean-George! A GREAT value.

Great Subs
The chicken parm and meatball parm are great and a amazing deal. They are both huge! This place is my go to when eating at the office.

Mediocre food and rude service
This used to be a good place for pizza and sandwiches but the quality of the food has gone down since they moved locations. The guys behind the counter are also very rude.

Great food except the calzone!
I love almost everything this places makes - pizza, pasta, garlic bread... but i ordered a pepperoni calzone once and it was really awful! it was all ricotta and dry dough - nothing else! i had to dig and dig to find any of the pepperoni! Otherwise, you guys have great prices and fast delivery.

Is Luigi himself in the kitchen tonight?
I usually love Luigi's. Excellent when it comes to basic pizza-related delights (like chicken parm, etc.). The pizza is "OK." I've certainly had better pizza. Nothing wrong with that, of course. Luigi makes a good enough pizza. However, the other night, we tried the prosciutto pannini. This was easily the worst pannini I have ever seen or tasted. I don't even think it was real prosciutto - it seemed more like dried out Canadian bacon. Moral of the story - keep it simple at Luigi's. Pizza = OK. Chicken or veal parm = excellent. Calzones, etc = also quite good. The prosciutto pannini was terrible that night. Maybe Luigi was not in the kitchen. Who knows... On an unrelated note, the chicken cutlet salad is pretty good.
