I've lived in the neighborhood for years and have never had a bad meal here. The amount of food you get for your money is awesome. There heroes and pastas can feed two people! Quick delivery and always consistent. If I pick up I enjoy the friendly guys behind the counter. Life long costumer!

Everything I've ever order was always delicious. I am of latin decent, so taste is key to me. To be able to order from a menu without fear of liking it or not gets my vote anyday. Spaghetti with meat sauce, the grilled chicken on garlic bread, fried calamari, ceaser salad, everything is just wonderful. Portions match the prices as well. Another bonus point on my chart.

Fantastic gluten free pizza. It is on the pricier side but worth it if you want the closest thing to traditional pizza. I've only gotten delivery.

I've never been to the restaurant, I've only ordered from them. I have to be gluten-free and this is the only delivery pizza of which I'm aware on the UES. The pizza is good and the delivery-time is completely satisfactory. My only complaint is that who ever answers the phone for deliveries always seems peeved to take my order. I order from them fairly regularly but I feel like that they are annoyed with my business. I tip at least 20% so I don't think I'm doing anything to make my business undesirable. But since they are the only place in delivery range that does gluten-free. we're stuck with each other. But the pizza is good for gluten-free.

I tried calling Luigi's on a Tuesday night at 9:35pm, the gentlemen answered the phone pretty quickly but asked me to hold. He returned to the phone a few seconds later and asked me my address. I informed him that I live on 79th st between 1st and 2nd ave which is a mere 9 streets from their location. He then told me he doesn't have any delivery guy to send me. No deliver guy on a Tuesday night? Sorry Luigi's this will be the last time I call. Sincerely, Unsatisfied Hungry Customer
