The food is good, reminds me of the stuff I ate in Spain last year, and the wine is amazing try their Malbec, it'll blow you away! The atmosphere is chill, don't come here if you're in a rush, but definitely come here if you want good food, good wine, and a great time.

This was the second time I have tried Lucy, the first time the food was ok, but the service was subpar. There was 2 people servicing a large room, and we had to wait forever for our wine, and also the check. Last time I gave it another shot, and service was again lacking, my friend had to wait for about 20 minutes to get mayo for her burger, after asking the waiter for it as soon as she had received her order. Also, it was very difficult to catch the waitstaff's attention, we finally had to yell across the room for a waitress. Once she did receive it, her burger was long cold. My scallops had sand and grit through it, and the waitress waited half an hour after we had been served to ask how everything was. The manager did come and apologize for the scallops, but did not for the time it took for the mayo to come. Nevertheless, they comped the scallops, and gave us some random dessert, but the damage was done. I also overheard the couples around us commenting on the lack of service. Definitely would not return.
