The Best Customer service
The Burger's are good but the guy who took my order was even better, he was like a big teddy bear and his smile made my day. He was very busy, but yet he found time to smile and say thank you to every customer, I am not sure of his name, but he seem like he was the manager. Very good customer service, I will go back just for that

Poor Order Taking and Delivery
Cant take an order properly on the phone, delivery guy came and went but didnt leave the food..swears he called many times but didn't...it took one and half hours to get said food and it was cold by the time it arrived. which stinks because it wasnt half bad when it was cold....maybe better to go try it there first.

Great place to eat, great service, great prices, and a great staff. Simple, tasty burgers. Crispy, fresh tasting fries. Great shakes. What isn't there to like?

So So
I loved lucky burgers and felt that it was a great value for the price. But recently, my last three orders with them they forgot to put napkins, utensils, and condiments in the bag, after I specifically requested the chipotle mayo sauce from them. I wouldn't be ordering from them anymore, there is no point in eating dry burgers and fries.

We love the place
It's a shame the last reviewer had such a bad experience. My firm places a big order with Luckys almost every week and we've had nothing but great food and service. By far the best burger in the hood. We've tried them all.
