    Needs a cleanup

Listen. The drag show is good. This place would be great IF: 1. This place needs a good cleanup. nothing to do w drag queens...the floor is sticky. 2. Food is fair at best. 3. Service is just OK.

    definitely a memorable experience

The show/entertainment.environment is nice, not a place for the kids, but definitely fun! The food is decent, not great, alittle pricy. But you pay for the entertainment!

    stay away

Last night I attended Lucky Chengs with a group of 10. The only good thing about our night was a funny baloon man. The servers were the rudest Ive ever encountered, if i spoke to anyone like that where i worked id be fired on the spot. the food was terrible and the drinks are overpriced - which i wouldnt even really mind if the restaurant hadnt been so overrated, and offered such incredibilty rude, snappy servers.

    Never going back...

My friends and I went to Lucky Chengs last night for a bachelorette party and we will never go back there or recommend it. The place was so dirty that I was scared to eat the food. The "show" was great for the 15 minutes it lasted. Any time one of our friends went to use the bathroom, they were harrassed to leave a tip. This place is way too expensive for food that is served on plastic plates, drinks that are served in dirty glasses and rude servers. To top it all off, we were told to get up and get out by a very rude hostess because they needed our table. Good luck eating at "Lucky" Chengs!

Lucky Cheng's not so lucky for us

Unfortunately, Lucky Cheng's was not a good experience for me and my friends. We were a large crowd and they were unable to accommodate us and at the end of the night we left hungry and very disappointed. The show was ok at best the service was poor along with the quality of the food. It is served family style but you have to anorexic for it to fill you up. Never got 1/2 the appetizers we ordered and the soda's were watery. The drinks were ok but much too expensive. Also seems like asking for tips was there objective for the night. If you go, good luck, as other posts here that were good. Unfortunately Lucky Cheng's left a bad taste in my group’s mouth.

    Gorgeous Show with Great Food

We went here with a very large group for my wife's 50th birthday, with her parents, our kids and some friends. Surprisingly, every generation had a great time. The food was great, some dishes Chinese in style others more American, loved the tuna, steak and stuffed shrimp the best. They also have very funny themed cakes. I thought we were wild until I saw some of the bachelorettes in the house. Regardless, my wife won the lap dance contest over a tie-breaker with a bachelorette. Our servers, Gemma and Michelle, were beautiful and attentive. But we weren't prepared for the show. There was three featured performers (plus the ones who do the crazy lapdances which we got for my mom). One was hysterical, and there were two Asian girls in stunning costumes who were obviously professional dancers. It was much more than I had expected. If my wife agrees, we'll be there next February for her 51st!!

    NYE 2008 - Good Idea...Bad Execution

The idea for NYE at Lucky Cheng's sounded like it could be really fun and unique. Unfortunately, the restaurant and kitchen staff obviously aren't equipped to handle large seatings at once. We went to the later seating, and it took nearly 40 minutes for us to even see our "waitress". After nearly three hours (an hour after the midnight toast), we had recieved only 5 of 9 of our appetizers and there was no indication that our entrees were ever going to come. We decided to leave and negotiated a cut-rate with the owner/manager. If there was one positive, it was that our "waitress" was really pleasant, and genuinely seemed displeased with the kitchen situation. The show on the stage can only be seen from a very limited part of the restaurant (we were in the back and couldn't see anything). The idea of an announcer providing shock value comments could be very funny, but unfortunately the drunk "hostess" handling New Year's Eve was just loud and obnoxious. It's sad that what could be a really fun and different experience is managed poorly and isn't able to deliver anything more than extremely mediocre food and entertainment.
