The food is quite good, and it's a nice break to go there during the day for lunch when I need to get out of the office; however, sometimes ordering for takeout can be quite the process. They don't have a "hold" button on their phone, so you hear everyone talking while the phone is down, which you wouldn't think is annoying, but it really is when all you want is to put in a fast order, and you hear people chatting, being checked out and given change, instead of your order being taken. Also, god forbid you call about 2 minutes before 12 to order takeout...you will be asked to call back at 12 and refused service until then. I understand getting flustered and explaining that you restaurant isn't open yet, let's say, if someone calls at 11 or 11:30...but 11:58? For a hipster joint, which it most certainly is, take a chill pill, I'm not troubling you with a delivery.

I've eaten at this restaurant upwards of 50 times in five years, mostly with my girlfriend, and the staff has never been anything other than gracious and accommodating (if a little harried). I think the other reviewers need to get over their inferiority complexes. Sure, there are plenty of hipsters who frequent this place, but I'd rather rub shoulders with them than some people from Wall Street. Oh, and the food is delicious (and exceptionally priced).

Been here a bunch of times with friends and on dates - great food but the staff is rude and just not attentive at all...i have decided to stop going - the last visit was just so off putting - both my date and I were treated very rudely for no reason. Get over yourself hipsters - humility is an underrated quality...check it out. I am a bklyn native - well educated, well traveled and cultured and the "tude" yall give is just lame. When someone is polite to you and spending plenty on food and drinks you should be polite back and check if they want more water, do your friggin' job.

Good food, but service is murder. The tre-hippster waits staff with attitude is to much. I like the food and value so I keep going back.....it's to bad the wait staff are the way they are.

They know they're hip, but the food is tasty and very reasonable priced. A safe bet..

Otherwise I wouldn't feel the need to torture myself with the staff's unbearably self-indulgent hipness. The food is great, but the last four times I ordered it was a disaster. The first I ate at the counter and ended up leaving an $8 tip on a $12 bill because even though I was right next to the register... the dud behind the counter was just "too busy" to cash me out. Second time I ordered delivery and it took 1.5 hours to reach me, 6 blocks away. Third time, I ordered pick-up and the cashier rang me up wrong, then when I corrected her on the bill (I actually owed them $1 more) - she gave me attitude. And the last time I picked up, I waited forever as the guy behind the counter talked to everyone about his girlfriend in California and how much he just luuuuuuvs her, as I waited and watched my food get cold in the boxes behind his dumb ass. Then when I finally managed to point out that my order had been ready for a while now - he looked sheepish but offered NO apology. I should just stop going... but I love that julianne salad...

Honestly THE best Thai I have ever tasted in my life!! It's actually very frustrating because whenever I go to a differen't Thai resturaunt, the food dosen't even compare. They use the freshest of foods and every single dish is incredibly flavorful. It's super cheap (me & my boyrfiend both get a dinner dish, an appetizer, and an alcoholic drink each and our bill is barely $40!). The service is ok, definately could be better, but the food makes up for any flaws. DEFINATELY a must to check out!!
