I have never, in my life, seen such a small sandwich. I paid $10 for about 4 slices of corned beef. There was four times as much bread as meat in the sandwich. And if the meat was good maybe I would be ok with the mini sandwich, however it was the driest, most tasteless corned beef I've ever had. What a joke of a deli. Because I wanted the food delivered on Friday, I had to place the order on Thusday to give them enough time to prepare for the half day. An inconvenience, but fine. It took me thirty minutes on the phone to explain what I wanted (2 sandiwches, and a pound and a half of meat, some pickles and a potatoe knish. Apparently this was so complicated that in addition to it taking 30 minutes to write down, I didn't even get the knish or the pickles in my order...) I told the woman I wanted the food after 9:30 since that was when I got into work, and she said no problem. The delivery guy "showed up" at 9AM, at which point he was told to come upstairs by my admin, but he never did. It then took me an hour on the phone from 9:30 to 10:30 in order to track down the guy and figure out where he even was. Then, I was charged a delivery fee which I was never told about. I called the manager to complain about the delivery fee and he said he would reverse it - I called multiple times over the next month and still no reversal. Finally, almost a full month later they told me they would mail me out a check for the delivery fee. I have still not gotten the check yet but was told it was sent out...

This operation has not changed in years. Still a good-excellent Kosher restaurant, if you have to in a Dinner meal in NYC. Has the right logo, for what its worth. Do think it could get a wider selection, in this day and age. Yes, when I am in the City and have to business with the Kosher boys, this is the place to Dine. Do hope the next time that I am in town, a liitle better items can be find there.
