Awesome!!
This place is my favorite bar in the area, the happy hour prices are great and I love the atmosphere and the service. I don’t know what happened with sticker shock, but I’ve recommended Live Bait to all of my friends.

this place should have 5 stars
The food is freaking delicious. I've tried numerous items and I have never been disappointed. The people are always nice and the service is prompt.

Great Service, Great Food
I stumbled upon this place by accident and absolutely loved it. The service was excellent - friendly and efficient. The crab fritters far exceeded my expectations and the laid back atmosphere was perfect for a quick bite after work. I will definitely go back here again.

What is sticker shock?
It's 2009. How does anyone get sticker shock? did he/she not look at the menu before going or after arriving? Reviews like that are useless. I happen toreally like this place. The chicken fried steak is delicious and a good value at $15 and the mashed potatoes are definately better than average! Service has always been friendly and attentive without being pushy, even when the place is busy.

Terrific Food, Great Appetizers
Great neighborhood place...and right at the train line. I love their peel & eat shrimp, and their honey BBQ wings. The wings are unique, and always tasty. The service can be harried, but always courteous. This is a fun place...not gourmet by any means, but the prices are moderate. Great place to enjoy some beers and fun food.

Best Catfish in The City
I pasted Live Bait for years decided to stop in out of sheer boredom of the usual haunts ,,,,so glad I did they have the best catfish in the city !! Its Juicy ! Crazy description for fish but what else can I say that would describe the sandwich! I had a problem with delivery that the management corrected immediately . Keep up the great service Guys!
