    Authentic Thai...NOT!

If you are looking for authentic Thai food, I highly advise you not to go here. I think that their specialty is purely noodles. The Pad Siew is bland (with specific instructions of Thai Spicy). The Larb dish is no good, I had to doctor-it-up myself. They have no concept of cilantro, mints, or roasted ground rice, or lime on the Larb. The dish was way to greasy and it's supposed to be a healthy salad. If you are would like to enjoy authentic thai, this is not the restaurant to dine at.

the best thai food in ny

although this place is small inside with limited seats, the food here is as authentic as it gets. The pad thai has great flavor as does the basil fried rice. I have always been a fan of Tom Yum noodle soup and theirs is very tasteful. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a taste of real thai food. Lunch special is from 11:30-3:00pm and priced at $7.95 and comes with a bottle of water or can of soda. that is a great deal for this part of manhattan.

    Decent Flavor, Chicken Dry

The pad thai had a decent flavor, but the chicken was meager and dry! I'm not sure if I would order from here again.

    Little Tasty Kitchen

Drunken noodles and beef basil dishes are excellent. Food comes out quickly. There's a long wait at lunch time on week days, so you have to arrive right at noon if you want to get a table and beat the crowd. There is no atmosphere and the waitstuff is brusque, but they almost have to be given the hustle and bustle of the restaurant. The portions are small by American standards, but are filling. The place is great for a tasty work lunch, but not if you want atmosphere.
