brrrrr
Had a delicious meal at Little Giant. Service was indifferent and we had to wait half an hour for our reserved table. We complained three times about the blasting air conditioner and finally had to leave before we finished our excellent dessert, we were so cold. Maybe the table directly under the air conditioner should get a discount, if the air conditioning is for "the rest of the restaurant," as our server insisted??

One of the best in the city...
This is one of those places where you want to take out of town guests, celebrate a special occasion or sit at the bar and have one of their MANY amazing wines. You can't say that about many. The design as well as the food are nothing but the best and they truly understand the idea of having a dining experience while not taking themselves too seriously. Others could learn a lot from this little giant...a perfectly fitting name.

Air conditioned corner
Avoid sitting on the broome st. side of little giant. the air conditioner blows out uncomfortably cold air at an obnoxious rate. when requested that the cold air be turned off, the service barely turned it down, if at all.

Great neighborhood place
Julie and Tasha are uberfoxy and talented and have added a great spot to the LES. Really good food, drinks and atmosphere. Take a date. She'll dig it.

Cute, but...
Overpriced for the food and especially the desserts.

Disappointed
Their infamous sticky toffee pudding tasted like fruitcake soaked in jarred toffee sauce. It didn't come with bananas or vanilla gelato like the menu says... just a handful of berries and creme fraiche. It's rare for me to try a dessert I don't like in NY, but this rates as one of the poorest. And to top it off, this bland concoction was overpriced at $9. Definitely skip this overrated dessert. The atmosphere, however, is nice, mellow and loungy and it's located on a calm block, away from the loud LES scene. Decent service also.

Amazing
What an awesome restaurant - great location, cool vibe, small exposed brick with windows. But it's the food that is so remarkable. Fresh, healthy, and plentiful food made to perfection - not resturant food at all - it's like your mom's best dish. Go before this place gets too popular!
