I went for breakfast and the pancake bites were incredibly soggy; it was also a tiny amount for $7. An employee charged me $3 for a tiny cup of herbal tea; when I pointed out that it was $1.50 or so on the menu printed behind him he insisted that it was the same price as a chai latte. Very underwhelmed.

The concept of this store was a 10 out of 10. and while their food and pastries are wonderful i must state that the so called genius behind the cafe shop is not. He does not seem very friendly with his hard working employees and a lack of proper management has lead to confusion and some bad service. so if i was to praise anything about little brown, it would be the sweet workers behind the counter and Evelyn's Kitchen(the bakery that provides all of the delicious baked goods)

I walked by Little Brown the other day and as someone with a sweet tooth, was immediately tempted to go in. I had the chocolate chip cookies which were out of this world - both a little crunchy on the outside and warm and chewy on the inside. It went perfectly with my skinny mocha - the best combination out there of hot chocolate and coffee. I will certainly be back again - this time with my kids!

I was really looking forward to this place because who doesn't love chocolate and coffee? But the poor service, kids that don't know how to make a mocha and inflated prices will prevent me from returning a third time. There are plenty of other establishments in the neighborhood with better coffee, better service and better attitudes.
