Lite Delights

Just waited 1 hour and 40 minutes and the order never showed up. They never called and no apologies. This is the second time this has happened. Because the person that answers the phone doesn't understand english and they have a broken phone. Too bad, cause the food was good... but never again.

Yummy and tasty and healthy handmade sandwiches & salads. The best veggie burger in town. And they make a fabulous beef burger! (Not often are both in the same place.) And fresh-squeezed juices! A huge variety of really good food at the most reasonable prices in the neighborhood. "Atmosphere" is kind of nonexistent, though there are a few tables in the back. Sometimes there's a wait as the juices are all done on the spot. But service is quick & friendly and the food is FANTASTIC! Especially in this overpriced neighborhood. The burgers are a real surprise!

this place is great for lunch delivery. they are cheap, the ingredients are fresh, healthy. for 6 bucks you get more sandwich than anywhere else. the prices are so damn right!

Been living upstairs and gettin food from here for 13 years. EVERYTHING is good, inexpensive and made with fresh/quality ingredients...excellent turkey and veggie burgers, veggie dumplings, pre-made sandwiches (made everyday...if ya don't see it, they'll gladly make ya one on the spot), burritos and then top it off with a smoothie or juice. Sure the space is cramped and narrow by the counter, and sometimes there are lines and you'll wait 4 minutes, but it is totally worth it. Enjoy!

I decided to order lunch from Lite Delights after reading the mostly favorable reviews. Well, that was back at 1:30pm. It's now 3pm and the food still has not arrived. Somehow the standard "food is on it's way" reply i got when i called to check in about 15 minutes ago isn't all that reassuring. No matter how great the food turns out to be, i will not be ordering from these guys again.

I have no idea how anyone knows about this place, but luckily I got a tipoff that they had a mean turkey burger. Boy, am I glad! This is the BEST turkey burger I've had anywhere, and for only $3.50!!! Their pre-made sandwiches are all fantastic and fresh-- I love to pick them up to bring to the park. The smoothies are perfect, and so healthy. I love that you can watch them blend everythign right there. They have wheatgrass, great salads, healthy "chips", etc etc. Only thing I will warn against is the burrito. I was pretty offended by it. The place is tiny and it's kind of a squeeze to stand at the counter, but it's popular for a reason! If you're looking for a cheap, quick, and healthy lunch, look no further. Also the counter staff are pretty friendly.

I've been wanting to order from this place for a while but I was often out of delivery range (I temp all over) but today I finally got to! What an amazing lunch for my $$. I had the lite delights sandwhich which was bizarrelly sweet but huge and absolutely delicious with the vegetable dumplings which, you know, weren't god's gift to the world of dimsum or anything, but for the 2 whatever it was there were a bunch of 'em and there alright. But overall. The delivery was fast, the food was good, and it was relatively cheap.
