Tasty Goodness!
I found this place through my mother who works a few blocks away. She recommended it to me since I am a vegan who is always in search of nutritious vegan friendly places that are reasonably priced. When I read the menu I was shocked at the abundance of food to choose from. The food tastes great the portions are abundant and for the price it's a huge bargain! Definitely try the vegetable dumplings! They are delicious *^.^* PS - The place is a whole in the wall deli style place but it has a cool downtown vibe going on... It's a great place for lunch, or dinner on the go, but certainly not for a date.

Delcious Burritos
This store is more like a deli that allows the customers to walk in and out quickly for the healthy nut on the go. Even though the food is not as delicious as the fattier foods, it leaves a better taste in your mouth than the rest of the stores that provide such services. I really enjoy their burritos that are amazingly delicious, and are consistently good while the service is punctual and friendly at best. The frozen yogurt is also delcious with the nuts inside of it.

Poor service, not a good value
Nice idea, but the food doesn't quite cut it. The burritos are pretty good, but way overpriced. They don't seem to make any real effort and nothing has changed on the menu since I moved near there in 2002. The guy who works in the mornings and during lunch time isn't exactly the friendliest.

'Lite' is Operative Word Here
This place is not a restaurant and is primarily intended for takeout. There are a few tables, but it is clear that the target customer is a health-conscious, on-the-go type of person. runners and bikers in spandex can be seen grabbing a fruit smoothie, health nuts pickup sandwiches and breakfast fare on their way to work or on lunch breaks. The food is terrifically healthy and the taste might not compare to full calorie and fat places, and that's the tradeoff. That's where the 'lite' comes in.

Not so great
I've been there twice now. Ordered a hot sandwich once and got a cold wrap from the fridge area the second time. Both were very mediocre, at best. The place, as mentioned in previous reviews, is really small. I did manage to sit and eat there once, but the tables are so crammed together that even that can be awkward. Anyway, I probably won't go back just because the food wasn't very tasty to me at all.

Great Neighbourhood Cafe
Lite Delight serves a reliably good but cheap ($0.75 for a small coffee) cup of coffee, as well as great and affordable burritos, wraps, etc. Their service is also very quick and efficient. It's so nice having an alternative to the Starbucks a few yards away.

Consistently good
Order from here quite often and the food is consistently good and high quality. They do not skimp on portions and delivery is always fast. Recommended for quick, healthy eats.
