great food, fast and service

We ordered from this place aand got our food very quickly. The salads were very delicious, will go back for more.

Both service and food were poor. Ordered for delivery at noon...the food arrived at 11:20. All salads were wilted and not as described on the menu.

We order food for the office from here all the time, including catering. The staff is really great (shout out to Carol). I order about once a week and they remember my name (even though several different people from our office order from here) and know our address! The food is really fresh and it tastes healthy, not greasy at all. You can only get take out, as it is a hole in the wall, which is fine because the delivery is quite fast (it helps that we're about a block and a half away).

The staff is GREAT!!! The food is awesome. They can work the proces though.

My office recently moved into the area, and we order out lunch and coffee service quite often. I discovered Lite Bites by accident, and was very pleasantly surprised. I use them often for catered breakfasts (a great value, but mediocre presentation), for small catered lunches for clients, and go quite often for take out breakfast and lunch. The AM sandwich guy is fun to watch with his lightening fast hands, and they have great hot oatmeal (made with milk or water, and a variety of fresh mix-ins) and fresh packaged fruit and berries. For lunch they make your own salad is a good value, and the soups are a great lunch pick for under $5, which is practically unheard of in midtown. The staff is sweet, and attentive, and gets to know you by your order, which is kind of cute also. I definitely recommend.

I ordered from here for lunch because I saw such great reviews. The sandwiches that I got for myself and my co-workers were the product of low-quality, school cafeteria quality lunches. There was absolutely no flavor in the tuna, and the presentation simply looked "sad." I would never order from this place again
