Changing hours
Called tonight at 7:00 pm for delivery. Was told not delivering. When i asked why the women on the phone had an attitude like who are you to question us.I was told they were closing early because it was cold out and they had no customers.I then looked at temperature and it was 35.Something is seriously wrong.

Service has slipped
The customer service used to be no. 1, but in the past three months it has slipped and become unbearable. I was a regular for three years, calling every day for deliveries. Then the prices inexplicably started changing at random. When I would phone for a delivery I was put on hold far too often and for far too long. My orders were taken down incorrectly at least 2 our of 7 times, and when I called to explain my case I was met with hostility and a lack of desire to please the customer.

the worst sandwiches
I have had juices here before ( whatever ) but needed a couple sandwiches to take to a friend while we were waiting to be seen by a doctor at Beth Israel. I didn't like the sound of any on the menu, but chose the avocado wrap and the tuna fish on wholewheat. They both came out hard and cold from the fridge, the avocado was completely brown and the mass of spinach/greens totally overwhelming and dry. We ate 2 bites and couldn't carry on. The tuna fish was a dry mass of mushed tuna with peppers and celery or something slopped between 2 pieces of dry bread and a piece of lettuce. It had not been cut in half so as a take-away was completely inconvenient and tasteless. We were shocked.

used to be good.. what happened?
went there today to get my regular bulldozer and it was FILLED with ice.. $6.50 for half a glass of water? common. The guy behind the counter was yelling and giving pet names to everyone who walked in (do women really like to be called "queen" and "super model" buy a guy they don't know?) and the guy at the register was on the phone, and totally pre-occupied. The service is reprehensible and apparently now, so are the smoothies. It's to bad because this place used to be really good.

The Best
Liquiteria is the best juice bar in the city. The owner is doing a service to his customers. For mostly organic juices, the quality and the cleanlieness the price is a STEAL. Try to find a better juice in the city - I have. You won't. All of the people who say Liquiteria is expensive have no idea the cost and the labor that goes into making a high quality juice. I love this place and I am so so grateful it exists. Thank you Liquiteria!
