Finally, decent Chinese food.
I have never once posted a review on this site (though I use it all the time), but I'm inspired to do so for Ling Ling Young. I've lived in the neighborhood for over 8 years, and the Chinese take-out/delivery places here are, well, gross. Completely inauthentic, oily, bland, etc. This place has really good food. The service is great, they know the locals (by now, I give her my name and she knows my order), and delivery is fast. If you can't get to Chinatown, go here. Even the "tourist" dishes (yeah, I mean you, General Tso's chicken) are tastier than everywhere else around here.

good value, non-greasy chinese take-out
i order from here all the time. it's definitely the best local chinese take out place. the dishes are packed with fresh vegetables and everything i've tried has arrived quickly, hot and with a smile. it's not one of those places were everything seems slimey or covered in oil. there are lots of take out places like that on smith and court. at ling ling they have a huge selection and it's great value.
