After reading the other wonderful reviews of this restaurant, I was curious to check it out for myself. Having never tried Peruvian food, I was eager to see what they had to offer. The menu was full of seafood dishes mixed with a few poultry and beef options. Being a seafood and fish afecionada, I opted to share the shrimp and scallop ceviche as appetizer and have the red snapper escaviche as a main course. My friend had the paella as a main course. The food was absolutely delicious! The waiter, while not much of a talker, was efficient and accomodating. The food was excellent - flavourful, fresh, and generous portions. We liked the decor as well; small, yet artfully decorated. The music was somewhat jarring -- everyone from George Michael to Spanish music played in the background. Go here if you're hungry and looking for a satisfying, enjoyable, unusual meal.

I was taken here for my birthday and cannot wait to go back. The shrimp appetizer was incredible (I literally ate every drop of sauce that came along with it) and the main entrees were cooked to perfection in very unique sauces. I look fwd. to coming again next year.

We took a co-worker of my boyfriend here. I selected this restaurant because I never tasted Peruvian food and it had great reviews. I have to say the reviews were correct. The food, the price, the atmosphere of this restaurant was excellent. I felt as if I was home. The restaurant is very close to the train station about two blocks away. We had a great time. I highly recommend it. Its very romantic and the workers are very friendly.

It was packed the night we went so that probably explained the slow service but they tried their best, quickly coming out with our order of sangria, which was GREAT. Too bad they were out of their paella, which I heard was one of their best dishes but we were still very satisfied with our meal, I will definitely come back again on a less busy night.
