Great food for the $7 including delivery
My office has moved to the downtown Manhattan and my collegues and I have been craving some chinese food. What a wonderfull surprise LIly's is. Found their menu on menupages.com. Placed an order for 7 lunch specials that came including tip and delivery to $7 per person. It was pouring outside the food came within 1/2hr and was hot and delicious. I will defenitely recommend it to my friends and collegues and eat from them again. Thank you so much for making the move to the new office easier.

fast service
order filled in 5 minutes. great takeout speed. this place has good chinese food for the price. beef cooked medium rare for speed. thick sauce

miso soup is meh, sushi is good for the price. would recommend ordering takeout than dining in

exceedingly competent take out
Whenever I try a new chinese takeout, I get the most basic dishes to test them out. I ordered chicken and broccoli and fried shrimp dumplings and they were very competent standard american-style chinese take out. For me, this is a compliment. It's surprising how so many places aren't. The chicken and broccoli was a little too watery/gravy-ey for my taste, but the shrimp dumplings had shitake mushrooms and water chestnuts. This was a pleasant surprise. Ultimately, good deal, good food, and fast delivery at around 7pm.

Love this place
I order from here all the time! This is the best place for Asian downtown, and I just love that they have both Japanese and Chinese. Fast delivery, pretty cheap, and always good!

One of the better fast food places
You won't find "authentic" Chinese cuisine here. You won't find that in these type of fast food joints. BUT, they do a really good job of supplying Americanized Chinese cuisine that have been altered to non Asian palettes. I've never dined in but have always had positive experiences when I take out or place a delivery order.

I don't reccommend this place, but it is definitely possible to roll the dice and have a good experience. The food is good, when they get your order correct. I work very close by and have dined there enough times to know that the Lily's experience is hit or miss. B or B+ food is all too often offset by waiters who suddenly forget English when you inform them they gave you something you didn't order or when your dish still hasn't arrived after a very long wait. One constant is that when you go in a group, one of you will have a bad time. They don't serve everyone's food at once, so some of you will be finishing up while others are still waiting. This has happened every single time I have been there with a group (like I said, I work close by I go because the group wants to).
