I've been here a number of times now and honestly, though the food is decent, you can get better elsewhere for the same price. What really soured me on this restaurant is the service. The last two times I've been there, the waitstaff was slow and snooty. It was pretty unpleasant every time we had to deal with them because they made it pretty obvious they didn't want to do their jobs.

I had an unpleasant experience at this place which is a shame because the atmosphere is really great for a midtown lunch place. We arrived at 12pm for lunch and were the first ones in. It took them over 45 minutes to bring us our food and in some cases, other tables that had arrived later got food before us. The waiter kept apologizing and to his credit he offered us free drinks. Unfortunately, things only got worse as my gniocchi was raw in the center and my girlfriend's crab cakes tasted terrible. The only thing I can think of is that maybe they rushed the meal since we were waiting so long and maybe also mishandeled the food. I'm pretty sure if given another chance they could do much better, and to their credit again they did not charge us for the crabcakes, but there's no way I'm going back there.

What a wonderful restaurant - charming waiters and delightful food. Had several small servings of food, trying things I wouldn't try if I was at home (was visiting family in NY) - delicious tastes and smells and wonderful wine choices! I can't wait to go back again!

I went on their brunch served saturdays and sundays and the quality of the food was amazing! I think the atmosphere is cool in general, and it looks like an art gallery because the owner painted the wall. Despite the short menu i think the food quality is their best think! I would definately reccomend it and going back!
