Food was tasty. Thai Basil chicken had just the right amount of heat and plenty of flavor. Fried Dumplings (veg and pork) were excellent. Very comfortable and spacious seating. But the servers were in a fog! Brought out salmon roll appetizer first. THen brought out all main dishes and when we complained that they forgot our dumplings, they took the food away and gave our dumplings to another table. 3 different servers offered coffee and/or dessert. When I agreed finally to an iced coffee (amazingly good!) They brought the check and forgot the coffee. When I reminded them, they took the bill back and came back 20 minutes later with the one coffee. We were a table of 5!! The place was not that crowded for a business lunch hour. Would consider going back. Just hope the service issues were not the norm!

I love this place - order or go here at least once a week. There's so much variety and so many GF options, that I never feel like I'm stuck eating the same thing everyday. The delivery is quick, and when I only have 45 min to go there to grab a bite, they are super quick bringing my order. The lunch specials are a great value, but it tends to get pretty pricy if you're ordering anything a la carte.

I ordered the PAd Thai with extra fried Tofu for lunch and had it delivered to my office! Fast delivery, the food was HOT and tastes GREAT! The pad thai is just how I like it and the Miso soup was delish!!! 5 stars and a great experience, I will be odrdering from here more often! Plus in this neighborhood its hard to find a great full lunch for $10!! The soup was included! The portion is VERY generous!

We have had take out from Lili and Loo many times and have always considered it the average, but close place to get take out when we had no other ideas. The neighborhood is limited when it comes to Asian cuisines. But tonight was the last straw. The pan fried noodles were so greasy, the moo shoo vegetables tasted like the cook accidentally spilled extra rice vinegar in the wok and the dressing for the beef salad was not good. And to top it off, it just wasn't a good value. We are not ordering from here again!

I chose to go here in my quest to find the best mongolian beef in nyc. After reading numerous positive reviews here, I decided to check it out. It wasn't anything special at all, actually bordering mundane. The service was decent, but it sort of killed the mood when everyone working there seemed very bored and uninterested. The mongolian beef was alright but it lacked flavor and tenderness, and I would have preferred more scallions instead of broccoli. I thought the portion was relatively small, especially for the $15.50. Overpriced. My friend did enjoy the soup though. All in all, I don't recommend this place.
