now, food, atmosphere, service has gone down; therefore so has value. ...as of early october; we usually go there once/month. it's not bad, but it's going downhill as of our last visit. overcooked salmon, portions seem smaller, atmosphere...well it never was luxurious; service was adequate but not-at-all friendly. I might return; our last visit might have been on an "off" night. but if a return visit is like our last. Lili's is off our list of favorite NYC Asian restaurants. Lily's needs to earn our previous 5 star rating. i hope they see this review because we dislike losing an "old friend."

for quality, selection, freshness of the food, lily's 57 can't be beat. wife and i have had several menu selections and have never been disappointed. wish they'd bring back the small complimentary salad which is an item that i looked forward to on each visit. the atmosphere is nice to0: not a huge place, but very inviting although one can get to know his dining neighbors quite well here.

I ordered the chicken with broccoli since I read another review which glorifies their chicken. However, once I tried it I was truly disappointed. Didn't really have any flavor. I know other locations that have the same quality food for significantly cheaper prices. Avoid the Vanilla soda at all cost.

they really were, id orfder again just for these. this place is perfect for ordering delivery if youre working late night at the office. and it arrived in 15 mins. the general tso chicken however was not the best ive had but it works.

I have been searching for a good chinese food place and this is by far the best I've had in NYC for the price. Delivery - Fast. Food - I had Chicken with Broccoli. The sauce is delicious and most importantly the chicken is thin, not fatty, and LEAN. This is HARD to find in NYC. Lo Mein was extremely tasty and the best I've ever had. Boneless spare ribs were long strips of meat, mostly lean, not too fatty. Sauce was also very good. All in all, best place in NYC, and Midtown west.

Have been coming here for the past 2 years. The service is ok. I don't think it's bad at all for NYC standards. I've been treated better but I've never been treated badly there. Everything is always fresh and delicious. I've brought my friends and family there. And you can eat there for a reasonable price. You don't cringe when you see the bill. Never done delivery, so not sure about that.

I have been here probably 20 times. I come here at least once a week. It's cheap and consistently good food. Both the chinese and sushi is delicious. Also, they have no health violations and are very clean. I think the service is amazing, don't know what other people are talking about.
