I love this place. I don't leave unsatisfied. The food is great for the price (actually great either way). Staff is always friendly to me (the owners mom works there). I can't see why anyone would say anything bad about it. I guess one not so good experience is enough for someone to make a judgement. All I can tell you is try again. Confused how anyone can not like the place.

We go to Libretto's with our family two or three times a month. It's a family run place that has always looked after us and made sure we had an enjoyable experience. The food is also consistently good. I'd recommend giving it a try if you haven't.

I've seriously never had such poorly tasting pizza. the jalapenos were soggy and the pizza was wet. the service sitting down was non-existent and behind the counter they were short, rude and lacked the common courtesy to let us know when the pizza would be ready. so the pizza sat at the counter unattended for quite some time. don't waste your time and money!

I have ordering from or dining in here since it opened. The food is consistently very good. In the last few months though the staff has shown a great deal of attitude. I ordered a lunch special to go today and there was eye rolling and annoyance. It was not until after I had paid for it that I was informed that lunch specials are in-house only. Why didn't they just nicely say that in the first place? And then why give me the attitide? I noticed there are several comments about the rude staff posted here- please owners take notice and address it.

I walked over to this place and ordered chicken parm. over penne pasta with a side of garlic knots quoting directly from the online menu from Menupages.com. The guy behind the counter had no idea what I ordered so he took the menu out and asked me to point. So I pointed. He said, “there is no penne” so I asked for rigatoni. The guy had to ask the waitress for instructions on how to place the order as well which is fine. I get it, he is new (I hope). By the way, the order was prepared in the back. After waiting 5 minutes (not bad), I received my order, but the guy put the garlic knots in the brick oven after I got my chicken parm. The guy forgot... The meal cost about $1 less than what the online menu said because it was part of some sort of special for the day that did not appear on Menupages.com. I also got a free small soda. After I got back to work and ate the meal, it was glorious. They did not provide any parm cheese to sprinkle over my meal which would have been nice. I should have asked. They provided a side of bread as well. The bread and garlic knots were both stale. I would like to note that the garlic knots are the size of a quarter. Overall, I loved the actual meal except for the stale garlic knots and bread. I was not fond of their service either. I don't even know why though, it just wasn't pleasant. To sum up in one sentence: I’ve had better.

If you want to be rushed out the door the minute you put the last bite in your mouth and told to move out of your seat in the middle of your meal...than this is the place for you! The whole wheat pizza is good. The guys behind the counter are great...the waitress was quite rude, though.
