The female receptionlist taking orders over the phone is supper rude. when you order food from them she makes you feel like you owe them something. The food there is quite good though. But there are so many good Chinese restaurants in the City and I really dont feel it is worth the abuse by going back.

food is very good. Service is rude, prices are astronomical. Food is good though.

We ordered delivery last week and the food still pretty fresh when arrive. The pork belly was very good. The Peking duck was quite dry. But we still like their food.

prices change all the time on their delivery menu - so you really never know what you're going to pay. delivery guys are usually quite rude and demand to be tipped like a waiter - they'll tell you how much they deserve. if you ever have an issue - you won't find a manager to speak to. all that being said, the food is good but heavy. kids love the lionshead meatballs. we don't eat here often because you always feel "bleh" afterwards. but it is tasty.

Since I've moved to the Battery Park City neighborhood - this establishment has been stellar. Deliveries are always quick, accurate and warm. The food has been good and the service has always been polite/professional. It has been very convenient having such a reliable restaurant right here.

Went with co-workers for lunch. We ate outside and had a beautiful day. Service was slow, never got our waters. The food was average and expensive. I guess they included the view of the Statue of Liberty in their menu prices!

The food is ok, the View is amazing, especially in the summer when you can dine outside on patio on river with view of lady liberty! Thought the food was very pricey for chinese food, other than that, it was good - but then again, its the ONLY Chinese in BPC !
