I took a trip to New York to see a musical. After the musical we had reservations for 50 people to eat at Liberty diner, some of my fellow travelers arrived at Liberty 15 minutes earlier than me. We waited a total of 60 to 90 minutes before we received our meal. We received no water or anything, some of the travelers were older and needed to eat for health reasons. We were given a planned menu, one person asked to substitute a item and was told that it was not allow she explained to that person that she could not eat potatoes, and still was quoted no. At the other table of some of my fellow travelers there were given a menu to chose from. The service was very poor, I would differently not recommend this diner to anyone. We were only given 3 choices, and each person in that group was charge a $25 fee, the only choices we had to chose from was chicken, ribs or hamburger. The chicken was dry and most of the orders were burned. Everyone had to get fries and coleslaw, no other options were offered. I have never been to restaurant that did not give you water.
