You don't come here for the greek food (but you should). You come here for the chef who is always preparing something new. You never know what you will get, but what ever it is, like the stuffed chicken breast, or the beef stew or the other things he might make, it will be really good. It has an clean deli type of feel with some great photos on the wall. Many of the desserts are home made and are delicious! One warning, for the type of place it is, it is expensive, but our local greek expert went there also and could not say a bad word (other than expensive) about the place. The food is of a very high quality, period.

Lezette’s is great spot in mid-town for a weekday lunch. Make sure to try the Mediterranean salad bar in the back of the café. It’s always fresh and offers a variety of vegetarian options. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the food!

I really enjoy this place. The service is excellent, walk in counter, with a few tables for sitting. Although they are labeled as a mediterrainian cuisine place. They do a little bit of everything, and everything is excellent. Although it is slightly more expensive than your $6 sandwich place, the quality is spectacular. Fresh made hot specials, that change every day. I am going to miss this place when I have to go back to D.C. for the remainder of the year, food there is awful compared to nyc.
