great food!!!!
Lenny's is the best place for any type of food. literally. their menu is so huge, i'm afraid to even try and think about something other than the chicken cheddar i get as a wrap. i may get lost in all the options and combinations i can have. I was so happy to get the food, especially after having a verbal fight with another local eatery because they didn't deliver past 2nd Avenue. Very happy Lenny's was there to make my hungry tummy feel better.

delivery issues
Ive been ordering here for the last year or so every night, however, lately my deliveries have been consistently late. I hope this is just an irregularity as I thoroughly enjoy their hot sandwiches.

poor service
i used to order from them almost everyday for lunch, the past 3 times they messed up my order. I finally called to complain. They said they would give me a full credit of the amount on my next order. I then tried to use the credit on my next order and was denied. The manager wouldnt help at all. They lost a huge regular customer

Great place!
Although the atmosphere can be a bit crazy during lunch hours (but really what place in manhattan isnt?), Lennys has good, fresh food, at a pretty decent price. The sandwiches are pretty big, I think, and the salads are very fresh. Enjoy!

Good Food but No Service
So, Lenny's was a great neighborhood addition. . . Fresh food, good sandwiches, when they want to serve you. I eat my dinner between 730 and 8pm every night. I usually make it into Lenny's by 715 or 7:30 and place my order. Two times I arrived at 7:45. The store was open, but the counters are all closed. With a smile a young man tells me, "Sorry, the counter is closed." The smile doesn't mean much when you are refused service! I don't understand why the store says they close at 8pm, but they actually close at 7:45pm.

The Best Sandwich in NYC
The previous review was highly exaggerated given the fact that Lenny's sandwiches are by far the best in NYC. You can easily pay $4-$6 for a latte at Starbucks and he is complaning about a $6-$8 sandwich that comes with the freshest ingredients (unlike other delis where you can clearly see the dried up salads and cheap meats) which is prepared by Lenny's trained sandwich-makers? I love the variety of breads and the top quality ingredients. wish it was available at the Yankees stadium so I don't have to eat $4.50 hotdogs with plain old packaged ketchup and mustard!

Ripofff
I have never seen a smaller sandwich. Ordered a black forest ham and cheddar on rye. The rye was the kind you get in one of those minature cocktail loaves and they basically take one slice of ham and fold it over onto itself and one slice of cheese. $675. What a joke.
