Very small amount of meat in sandwich, VERY small!

I got a s2 I believe, the chicken salad sandwich. It was all bread. Almost no chicken salad at all. I have gotten much better chicken salad at diners. This place is so overrated. And the chicken salad i did get was completely unseasoned-not even tasty. For $7.50 it should have at least enough chicken salad to cover the roll! Not again!

    Delicious! And, Super Fast Delivery!

This place is fantastic! Excellent sandwich's...specifically, the "Lenny's Combo" which is Corned beef, Pastrami, cole slaw, and Finlandia Swiss...yummy, and surprisingly lean! Plus, my delivery order is always super fast. No complaints whatsoever!

What's so great about this place?

I just do not "get" why this place gets so crowded. People sit outside, inside, there's a line... why?! It's just a deli, really, and often when I've gone there, I wind up leaving because it's so darn confusing. The menu is hard to read, all the staff look harried, and it's disorganized. they don't seem to offer anything outstanding or different. The only things I ever buy here are some sweets because those are right by the entrance -- even so, the counter staff has made mistakes or even ignored me while I waited to be (for a pre-packaged brownie). yes, I have walked out without paying twice because one of their idiots put my purchase in a bag, then walked away and never rang it up. hey, I'm not going to beg you to take my money, you know what I mean? I miss the Coconut Grill.

    Disappointed

I tried this place because of the overall good reviews it received...I am so sorry that I did. On the positive side, my order arrived quickly and the price was reasonable. Those factors are not enough for me to give this restaurant a second try.

    This is a deli

I'm not looking for atmosphere, this is a deli. However, Lenny's provides something many others do not, and that is consistently fresh sandwiches. Easily near the best I've had in the city.

    FABULOUS

It' s a deli / take out- no frills enviornment with great variety- easy, delicious and even a place to make friends! A bit pricey and crowded at lunchtime but it is what it is!

    Service has suffered

In a review below a year ago, I extolled Lenny's exceptional service and quality however, in recent weeks I've noticed that their phone and delivery service has slipped. The staff made two errors in the last five orders I placed. Today, when I called to ask for the proper item, the staff person didn't apologize and said don't worry, I'll send over the correct item, a greek salad. It took 20 minutes to send over the salad, but they forgot the dressing. If I had all this stuff in house, I wouldn't have ordered in from Lenny's in the first place. Overall, a frustrating experience, and it took 75 minutes to get my dinner.
