We ordered two salads - a small and a large. Honestly, we thought the small salad was larger than the large one, so save your money and just order a small. The other thing that bugged me was that we were charged a delivery fee. The person who took my order never mentioned it and I can't see any reason to pay for delivery when just about any other restaurant in the city will deliver for free. Lenny's is okay, but I won't be ordering from them again.

I wouldn't have trouble paying the $1 admin surcharge (that doesn't go towards the staff or delivery people) if they hadn't messed up my create your own salad order 5 out of the 5 last times. If you call to tell them they screwed up, they come and collect the invalid salad. The $1 admin surcharge is like a $3 ATM surchage fee, it's BS.

What ever happened to providing napkins whenever you deliver my lunch?!?! Also, there's an unreasonable delivery surcharge of a $1.00 added to the receipt. Uncalled for. I understand it's to cover your delivery men for people that do not tip - but I do, and that's considered a charge on top of my usual tipping. Otherwise than that, good place for quick lunch. They are quite speedy with their delivery service. Never fails.

Very overpriced and skimpy with portions. Very difficult to place an order for delivery, and when you get your order something is usually missing or forgotten. There is also a $1.00 surcharge on?? For a delivered basic sandwich on whole grain bread with out any tomatoe cost me$11.50. And they asked if I wanted napkins! They've gotten out of control!

when Lenny's opened its 77th/2nd ave location it was a godsend--a fast efficient place to get good sandwiches delivered in the neighborhood at a reasonable price. Sadly those days are long gone--I ordered 2 sandwiches a 1/2 lb of seafood salad and 3 sodas which ran me $30--not dirt cheap but at least I could count on fast delivery of my food--well the delivery was fast but disappointing--my two sandwiches--turkey and meatloaf was lukewarm as were my sodas (luckily I ordered a cup of ice which they charged me 50 cents for) I also asked for xtra napkins and got none and no plastic fork for the seafood salad (ya figure a $30 delivery bill would get you at least a plastic fork but nooooo) I called the mgr of the store to tell him of the lukewarm sandwiches and no napkins or plastic silverware. He proceeded to tell me about some goobledygook about instructions from the corporate office not to send out napkins on delivery orders--HOW ABSURD--especially in light of the fact that they are one of the few restaurants in the area that has instituted a delivery charge ($1). Lenny's has really gone downhill in its sandwich quality and attitude torward delivery orders. I won't be ordering from Lenny's again and I suggest you avoid doing so also.

I got a s2 I believe, the chicken salad sandwich. It was all bread. Almost no chicken salad at all. I have gotten much better chicken salad at diners. This place is so overrated. And the chicken salad i did get was completely unseasoned-not even tasty. For $7.50 it should have at least enough chicken salad to cover the roll! Not again!

This place is fantastic! Excellent sandwich's...specifically, the "Lenny's Combo" which is Corned beef, Pastrami, cole slaw, and Finlandia Swiss...yummy, and surprisingly lean! Plus, my delivery order is always super fast. No complaints whatsoever!
