    Delivery service needs work

    Twice in a row the have gotten the delivery order wrong. I just moved back within delivery range of this place and had good experiences in the past. First order was not correct, not all ingredients requested were on the sandwich, second order was missing 1 of the two sandwiches. As for the food quality, it still seems ok but delivery is a disaster.

    Can't Make a Salad

    Lennys has messed up my salad order the last 3 times...cold out today, so I gave them another chance, and yep they messed it up once again. Believe the reviews stating this is a chronic problem, and be sure to check your order before letting the delivery guy leave.

    Delivery issues

    The food is pretty good but not great. However they constantly get something wrong with my sandwich. I usually think people are exaggerating when they post about delivery issues but I've had little things with my order wrong almost every time. I'm not ordering from here again.

    Amazing service and food

    When ordering over the phone these guys are incredible. I just ordered twenty five different things and the guy got every last detail correct. big ups to these dudes, they do things right.

    Delivery Fee in NYC?

    We ordered two salads - a small and a large. Honestly, we thought the small salad was larger than the large one, so save your money and just order a small. The other thing that bugged me was that we were charged a delivery fee. The person who took my order never mentioned it and I can't see any reason to pay for delivery when just about any other restaurant in the city will deliver for free. Lenny's is okay, but I won't be ordering from them again.

    Headaches for days

    I wouldn't have trouble paying the $1 admin surcharge (that doesn't go towards the staff or delivery people) if they hadn't messed up my create your own salad order 5 out of the 5 last times. If you call to tell them they screwed up, they come and collect the invalid salad. The $1 admin surcharge is like a $3 ATM surchage fee, it's BS.

    Good place for lunch, but

    What ever happened to providing napkins whenever you deliver my lunch?!?! Also, there's an unreasonable delivery surcharge of a $1.00 added to the receipt. Uncalled for. I understand it's to cover your delivery men for people that do not tip - but I do, and that's considered a charge on top of my usual tipping. Otherwise than that, good place for quick lunch. They are quite speedy with their delivery service. Never fails.
