My company used to love ordering from Lenny's, but this location clearly cannot handle being busy. The food has gotten greasy, they invariably leave out ingredients when we create salads, and now they don't even bother to send utensils. Unless I'm ordering a sandwich, I shouldn't be expected to be eating with my hands. Wise up Lenny!

The prices charged are not those posted on the huge board from which you order. When I pointed this out, I was told "those are the old prices." Keep an eye on what they are charging you, it's probably more that it should be.

I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich on a Sunday morning and waited while the three people ahead of me were served with a smile. When I got to the counter, the two clerks busied themselves with other things and deliberately ignored me for about 5 minutes, never making eye contact and never asking if they could help me. I do not look like a lunatic or homeless person, I'm just an average-looking white man in his 40s. I could not figure out why they pretended I was not standing there. This was rather unsettling and even though they're right at the end of my block, I will probably not go there anymore.

Their sandwich Fresh oven roasted turkey with stuffing, cranberry sauce and turkey gravy needs work, no flavor at all.

Average food. All I wanted was a turkey wrap with bacon and it was about $10. There was nothing special about it and not enough meat. Why so expensive? Enough other places next door and across the street.

I get lunch at Lenny's a few times a week... or used to. Just tried to order an egg sandwich at 10:57am. They serve breakfast until 11am. The order-taker had to document my name, number, and address because I was a "new account," which took a few minutes. By the time she asked me what I wanted, which was an egg sandwich, it was 11:00. Her reply was "we only serve breakfast until 11:00." I pointed out that I called at 10:57 and it was because of her delay that we'd gotten to 11am without the order being submitted. Despite my prodding, someone in a position of authority killed the debate with a final 'no." So, they've lost about $100 a month in business from me. I'll just go elsewhere.

I had ordered # C3, for the value of the hero/sandwich, def not worth the price. I paid $ 8.60 hoping for good quality cold cuts and toppings. First, the bread taste so bland and no taste (I could've gotten it at a regular deli store). I couldn't even taste the proscuitto and black forest ham. The amount of meat they put was limited. Overall a big disappointment. Lenny is all hyped up...
