The food is pretty solid, but there is a serious lack of value here. The customer service is non-existent. They essentially get you in and out like a pack of animals.... which makes for errors of course.

I get lunch from Lenny's at least 3 or 4 times a week. Whether I order it online with their very detailed online order system, then run down and pick it up, or if I get them to deliver, it is always spot on with what I had ordered and fast. Their sandwiches are always soooo yummy and fresh and big enough to be lunch AND dinner on many occasions. (Especially if you order your fave on a hero, they're massive!) Best sandwiches in New York.

Great place for a quick, quality sandwich. Definitely different from the normal deli sandwich. Plenty to offer, with a cafe feel. You are paying for what you get, so in all it is a good experience.

Lenny's is my new favorite place to eat. The place is always really clean, and the service is speedy and convenient. All the employees are friendly and they always work with a sense of urgency. The food is unbelievably well prepared, healthy, clean, and fresh. The value gets 5 stars because it's a little more expensive than other places, but considering the quality of the food, it's well worth it. So you ARE getting what you pay for. I rated the atmosphere 4 stars, because even though it's very clean and they have plenty of room, it's not particularly a fun or lively environment. My personal favorite - The H1 hero. It's like having a thanksgiving dinner any time you want.
