Mmmmmmmmm
This location is right by my office, the staff is incredibly friend, prompt, and menus offerings are just great. I'm obsessed with the Jimmy T sandwich, I just can't stop eating it!

Nice place, underwhelming food
Concept is great, and the production line making the sandwiches functions fantastically. Also like the spare look of the place and the staff are fine looking. The trouble is that sandwiches don't have any flavor. Got a veggie sandwich and a beef one. Veggie tasted of absolutely nothing, could have been cardboard for all I knew, and the beef tasted like shoe leather, with the same consistency. Very disappointing, especially for the too-high prices.

I love Lenny's.
Best sandwiches ever. I buy lunch from here almost every day. Seriously delish. I don't know what I would do if I lived anywhere outside of Lenny's delivery zone.

Poor Value, Service
The food is pretty solid, but there is a serious lack of value here. The customer service is non-existent. They essentially get you in and out like a pack of animals.... which makes for errors of course.

Best sammidges in NY
I get lunch from Lenny's at least 3 or 4 times a week. Whether I order it online with their very detailed online order system, then run down and pick it up, or if I get them to deliver, it is always spot on with what I had ordered and fast. Their sandwiches are always soooo yummy and fresh and big enough to be lunch AND dinner on many occasions. (Especially if you order your fave on a hero, they're massive!) Best sandwiches in New York.

Quick Quality...
Great place for a quick, quality sandwich. Definitely different from the normal deli sandwich. Plenty to offer, with a cafe feel. You are paying for what you get, so in all it is a good experience.

Best Sandwiches in NYC
Lenny's is my new favorite place to eat. The place is always really clean, and the service is speedy and convenient. All the employees are friendly and they always work with a sense of urgency. The food is unbelievably well prepared, healthy, clean, and fresh. The value gets 5 stars because it's a little more expensive than other places, but considering the quality of the food, it's well worth it. So you ARE getting what you pay for. I rated the atmosphere 4 stars, because even though it's very clean and they have plenty of room, it's not particularly a fun or lively environment. My personal favorite - The H1 hero. It's like having a thanksgiving dinner any time you want.
