bland
the people of lenny's need to put more love into their sandwiches. the mayo and the lettuce seem watery. the sandwiches could be so good, they just need more love and personal attention!

Fast, hot delivery
I regularly order breakfast from here. The food is always hot and yummy. Extra points for the way they package beverages from spilling onto the food or in the bag. Nice delivery guys!

great sandwiches! i love lennys
we always order from lennys at my office, they are fast, and have the best sandwiches! i've neve had a complaint about them.

Great spot for lunch
Ordered the chicken parm hero for lunch -- it was VERY good. The chicken was fresh and the sauce was surprisingly good. Would definitely come back.

not bad
I usually stop in here to get breakfast to go. The staff is always friendly and the service relatively quick. The only real complaint i have is that their breakfast sandwiches (i usually get egg whites and cheese on a roll) are never hot enough. The cheese doesn't melt all the way and it's just lukewarm. I always have to nuke it in the microwave when i get into the office. And no, the sandwich didn't cool down on the way, it's not that hot right when I receive it. I have only tried lunch there once. I ordered a wrap, and it was tasty but the price was a bit much for what i got.

You're all crazy - Lenny's is the best
Lenny's sandwiches some of the best around. I've never had their salads, but this is a sub shop. I order from here all the time, their quick, they store your address so it's easy and the usually deliver quicker than promised. When I pick up it's clean. Not sure what type of atmosphere people want in a deli.

Upper management pay attention
We used to order lunch almost every day. Not anymore! Too much aggravation. The order was never complete, some item always missing. I understand they (the staff) are not brain surgeons but when you accept a job at whatever rate, you should do a good job regardless. When you ask to speak to the manager he/she is never available. We enjoy the food and now order once in a while. Just yesterday we ordered two sandwiches while at the deli. Left and found out later that one was correctly prepared while the other was not. Three days ago two items were left out. In all fairness when we call they offer to deliver the missing items but if you are driving away somewhere that is not possible. The food is good, the front line is good but it falls apart when it gets to the staff preparing the food.
