Love it
I have never had a bad sandwich or experience at this particular spot. The sandwichs are ginormous and always, always, always delicious. Every kind. I come here as often as I can, try something different every time, and recommend it to everyone. I guess you could call it a little pricey, but not in comparison to anything else you'd find in NYC with this level of quality. I've also never had a problem with delivery, but I'm sure that is all dependent on what time of day you're getting it (i.e. NOT during the lunch rush). The only negative thing I can say is when ordering food at the store, the set-up can be a little overwhelming and chaotic.

Ridiculously Tiny Sandwiches a Bad Value
I just received my delivery order of a breakfast wrap and could barely believe how small it was! It was at least half the size of a normal breakfast wrap from one of the many other delis around the corner from it. At least my coffee wasn't spilled all over my order which has happened before. The last time I ordered breakfast from them my coffee had spilled all over the bag and that sandwich was also small but not nearly as tiny as it was today. Today's sandwich was cold and it was all wrap - no filling. I hadn't ordered from them for months before today and frankly, this might be the last time I do order.

poor
Well they never get the order right, and don't care. They should at least act like they do with their high prices...

Lenny's is an institution!
Lenny's will always have special meaning to me and my colleagues. Their food is amazing - the best sandwiches I've ever had. I order the C2 pretty much every time, just 'cause it's that good. This particular location (23rd St) gets absolutely zoo-like during lunch hour, and unfortunately the setup is such that people paying are directly in the line of fire of people grabbing their finished sandwiches. It can be kind of chaotic. But I don't really hold that against them - it's just how popular this place is. The help is very fast, efficient, and friendly. I only wish they'd open the big room back up upstairs that they've made into an "Employees Only" area - it's tough to get a seat at lunchtime!

I am so sick of Lenny's
Never again will I go to Lenny's for breakfast or lunch. The convenience factor will make this difficult, but I feel it necessary to stick to my guns here. They are completely inconsistent with pricing (I have never paid the same amount for the exact salad, sandwich, breakfast sandwich, anything). I have NEVER had a delivery order filled correctly, which is the most infuriating thing of all.

The Bread Could Be Fresher
The sandwiches are good and there is plenty of variety - however for a multi-location sandwich restaurant - I find the freshness of the bread disappointing. It's often a touch stale / dry - a problem I've found across several of their locations.

Good delivery service
Lenny's is reasonably priced for New York and great for take-out/delivery to our office. We order online and the food gets here fast. Here's a hint--order at 11:45 before the lunch rush and you will get your order fast. IF you order after 12 noon you may have to wait about 30 minutes. The food from the steam table is great--the portions are huge.
